1.1 Payment Structure
A minimum 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The advance payment confirms project booking, consultation, planning, design allocation, technical setup, and development scheduling.
- The advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the project has started.
- The remaining payment shall be completed as per agreed milestones or before final deployment/delivery.
Recommended Standard Milestone Structure
- 50% Advance before project start
- 30% after design / development milestone approval
- 20% before final website/app deployment, handover, or delivery
Any additional features, revisions, integrations, or work outside the agreed scope shall be treated as extra work and charged separately.
1.2 Scope of Work
The project scope shall be limited strictly to the features, pages, modules, integrations, and deliverables mentioned in the quotation, proposal, invoice, WhatsApp confirmation, or written communication.
- Any item not expressly included shall be considered outside the agreed scope.
- Requests made after project commencement that materially alter the original requirement may impact pricing and timeline.
1.3 Project Timeline & Delivery
Standard website delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, content readiness, revisions, approvals, and third-party dependencies.
- A standard basic business website may typically take 15 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
- E-commerce websites, custom web applications, mobile apps, or complex platforms may require additional time depending on functionality and integrations.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be extended where necessary due to:
- Scope changes
- Delay in approvals
- Delay in content / images / credentials
- Third-party integration issues
- Hosting / domain / server delays
- API or payment gateway processing delays
1.4 Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide, in a timely manner:
- All required content, text, images, logos, product details, pricing, and business information
- Access credentials (if applicable)
- Domain / hosting / admin access (if applicable)
- Approvals, feedback, and revision instructions
- Legal permissions for all content supplied
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content and materials shared are lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and authorized for use.
1.5 Delay / On Hold Policy
If the client remains unresponsive for more than 15 days, the project may be marked On Hold at the sole discretion of 3Cos Innovative.
If the client delays approvals, content, or required inputs, the project timeline shall automatically extend accordingly.
Reactivation of an On Hold project may be subject to:
- Reassessment of scope
- Revised timeline
- Revised pricing
- Reactivation / restart fee
1.6 Revisions Policy
- Revisions shall be limited to reasonable changes within the agreed scope.
- Major redesigns, repeated change requests, structural modifications, or changes after approval may be treated as extra work.
- Subjective dissatisfaction after approval of design or milestone shall not be considered a valid ground for refund or non-payment.
1.7 Deployment / Handover
Final deployment, source code handover, admin credentials, design source files, or transfer of deliverables shall be done only after full and final payment clearance.
Any demo link, staging link, preview, or partially functional version provided before final payment remains the property of 3Cos Innovative.
1.8 Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services
- Domain registration, hosting, SSL, paid plugins, themes, apps, APIs, and third-party services are subject to availability and the policies of their respective providers.
- Renewal charges for domain, hosting, apps, plugins, or subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
- If Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) or support plans are not renewed, ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance may be discontinued.
1.9 Maintenance & Support
The website/app shall be delivered in working condition as per the agreed scope at the time of handover.
Free support (if any) is limited only to the duration and scope expressly committed. Support does not include:
- New features
- Third-party policy changes
- Server issues not under our control
- Unauthorized modifications by the client or third parties
- Future compatibility with all external updates unless covered under AMC/support contract
1.10 Limitation of Liability
3Cos Innovative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Loss of data or downtime
- Lead loss or SEO ranking issues
- Third-party plugin/app failures
- Hosting/server outages
- Payment gateway issues or API disruptions
- Security breaches caused by third-party systems or client negligence
1.11 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of this project or related documents shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
