Intellectual Property & Ownership policies.
Until full and final payment is received, all designs, drafts, mockups, source code, layouts, graphics, development work, UI/UX assets, databases, configurations, and internal frameworks shall remain the sole and exclusive property of 3Cos Innovative.
The client shall not use, copy, reproduce, publish, resell, distribute, modify, deploy, or transfer any part of the work before full payment is received.
Any unauthorized use of unpaid or partially paid work shall be treated as infringement and breach of agreement.
3Cos Innovative reserves the right to reuse, modify, and adapt its internal:

Any third-party tools, themes, plugins, APIs, stock assets, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership terms.
