3.1 Nature of Services
All services are custom, digital, service-based, and tailored specifically to the client. Therefore, such services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started.
3.2 Advance Payment
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
- The advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced, including planning, consultation, design, setup, or development work.
3.3 No Refund After Work Starts
Once any work has started, including:
- Consultation or requirement gathering
- Wireframes or design drafts
- Setup work or theme/plugin configuration
- Development or testing environment creation
- Integrations
No refund shall be issued for the advance or work completed.
3.4 Client Cancellation Before Project Starts
If the client cancels before work starts, any refund (if approved) shall be:
- At the sole discretion of 3Cos Innovative
- Subject to deduction of: consultation charges, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, proposal / requirement analysis charges
3.5 Client Cancellation After Project Starts
If the client cancels after the project has started:
- Advance payment shall not be refunded
- Completed work and approved milestones remain payable
- Third-party expenses remain payable
- If work completed exceeds the amount already paid, the balance may still be invoiced
3.6 Third-Party Costs Are Non-Refundable
Amounts paid for third-party items are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Domain registration / renewal
- Hosting and SSL
- Paid plugins/themes and Shopify apps
- APIs and cloud services
- SMS / email subscriptions
- Ad spends
- Payment gateway-related fees
3.7 No Refund on Delivered / Shared Work
No refund shall apply once any of the following has occurred:
- Files shared or admin access shared
- Website/app deployed
- Source code handed over
- Milestone approved
- Live launch completed
3.8 Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Any malicious or false chargeback, UPI reversal attempt, or payment dispute after project commencement may be treated as breach of agreement, and 3Cos Innovative reserves the right to suspend services and initiate recovery action.
3.9 Refund Processing (If Approved)
If any refund is exceptionally approved:
- It shall be processed within 7–15 working days (subject to payment channel)
- It may be subject to deductions for: work completed, transaction fees, taxes, third-party costs, administrative handling
